Entry fee is $515 per team for the 3A and 2A Division and you will be guaranteed 5 to 7 games. The 1A Division fee is $395 and you will be guaranteed 5 to 6 games.

Please return this form and a $150 deposit for each team entered.

Checks made payable to: San Diego Classic. You will not be entered into the tournament until both the application and deposit are received. Remaining balance is due by June 1, 2012.
